In 2000, we have bought a piece of land in. La Cruz, Guanacaste. Costa Rica.
Guanacaste is a poor part of the country, but there also is a lot of joy and vitality.
Costa Rica is a peaceful country. A democracy with much attention to education and health care. The army has been abolished in 1948. You can read more about this in the short Historie.
Sustainable development stands high on the agenda and the large variaties nature offers, is Costa Rica's national pride.
Guanacaste is at the beginning of development which to we hope will be sustainable.. There are a lot of possibilities and it is rather unpredictable what the outcome will be.

Costa Rica receives a lot of attention nowadays. A stable Latin American country. This will have undoubtedly its irradiation to other Latin American countries.
